How it works. Three steps, whoever you are.

  1. 01

    Find something you care about

Browse the school directory by cause, place, and day, no account needed. Log in to see teacher opportunities.

  2. 02

Save it or ask to join

Save school opportunities and add them to your plans. On a teacher's opportunity, ask to join and wait for a yes.

  3. 03

    Show up, then log it

Your dashboard and calendar keep the dates together. Afterwards, record your hours in ManageBac.

Pick a cause. See where you can help.

Drag and throw. Every tag opens real opportunities.

Your questions, answered. Everything you need to know.

Do I need an account to look around?

No. Anyone can browse the school directory. Teacher opportunities and some school-only details need a WPS login, and you need an account to save an opportunity or ask to join one.

What's the difference between the directory and teacher opportunities?

The directory lists opportunities from WPS clubs and partners: save them and add them to your own plans. Teacher opportunities are led by a WPS teacher and need a WPS login: you ask to join, and your teacher confirms your place.

Where do I record my service hours?

In ManageBac. WPS Service keeps your plans, requests, and acceptances together, but it does not record attendance or hours.

Can I change my mind after asking to join?

Yes. Withdraw from the opportunity page or your activity history, whether your request is still pending or already accepted. Your place is released, and you can ask again while it is open.

Who can see the notes on my activity?

You and the staff who work with that opportunity: the teacher who runs it, CAS coordinators, and administrators. Each note shows who wrote it, and notes are never changed once added.

Your next step starts here.
